I recently had to take my flagpole down to repair it, because my 20' flagpole was only 15' . I ordered the parts prior to noticing that the repair parts were covered free by the warranty on my 20' Phoenix telescoping flagpole. There are very useful videos on the website, that show how to take apart the pole and find the parts needing repair. It took approximately a week for my parts to arrive, and my flags are flying high again! The only thing I had to cover was shipping for the parts. Thanks for being a reputable American company that stands behind your products!
I paid over $800 dollars in 2018 for this Flagpole. I cannot honestly give this flagpole a 5 star rating when this is the second time I have had to replace the inter locking replacement parts. Upon the requirement for the second time parts replacement, I had the flag pole to it's third position before full extension to 25'. It had stayed in this position for an approximate year, when I needed to replace the flag, when I discovered two of the interlock sections were broken again.The fact of Lifetime replacement parts for internals is positive, but I am 76 years old and don't like the idea of more times of wrestling with 25' of flagpole, I saw no difference in the replacement parts with what I removed. So that tells me if I let the sections slip out of my hands, I will be asking for more new parts.
